Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Whats next once I subscribed to a plan?
Upon completing the sign-up process, you can expect to receive an invitation to your Trello board for submitting requests within 24 hours.
I previously hired a company with a similar business model, why are you different?
Unlike other companies they are just one person, we on the other hand are a team of 20 people. For each company, you will have at your disposal a designer and a project manager so all the executions you request are carried out on time and in the correct manner. While “the company” (just one person) deliver in 2 business days, we deliver in hours (of course, depending on the complexity of the execution).
What if I don't like the design?
Customer satisfaction is the top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with the initial design concepts, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure we meet your expectations. We will work closely with you, taking your feedback into account, until we achieve the desired result.
How does the subscription pause work?
We recognize that your design workload may not always align with a full month of service. If you find yourself with only a few requests at the moment, our subscription pause feature is here to help.Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and utilize our service for 11 days but then decide to pause your subscription. In this case, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted, and you will retain the remaining 20 days of service to be utilized at any time in the future. This allows you to make the most of your subscription by utilizing the remaining days when you have additional design needs.
Can I order a one-time service, like a website?
Yes! We understand that some projects may be one-time needs. You can sign up place an order for a specific service like a website, and once the project is completed, you can pause your subscription. When you have additional design needs in the future, you can easily return and reactivate your subscription. We want to ensure that no part of your subscription goes to waste and that you have the flexibility to utilize our services as per your requirements.
